This amazing treehouse was built for the Islandwood environmental learning center. It was built in collaboration with Dale West and Mithun Architects. It is situated over a bog and functions as a classroom where children study wetland life. It resides in a single fir tree and was engineered to withstand movement and growth. It is enjoyed by thousands of school kids and families per year.
